Blue Wahoos Win 11/12 Championship!

The #1 seed Pensacola Blue Wahoos coached by Harry Adams defeated the #3 seed Lansing Lugnuts managed by Bernie Kitzinger 8-7 to win the 11u/12u championship.  Team Adams won the game in the bottom of the 7th inning.  The game was played in front of a packed house on Field 5 tonight.  League Commissioner Ron Snyder said after the game, “Couldn’t have had two better teams compete for the championship!   Excellent and exciting game played to a packed crowd.  No parking and no seating remained.”  Great job to both Coach Adams, Coach Kitzinger and all of the players for a great game tonight to end the season.
