10u Blue Wins Future Stars Tournament

The WT 10u Blue travel team won the Future Stars 2nd Annual Big 26 Rising Stars Kick Off Tournament in Hershey, PA this past weekend.  After finishing 1-1 in pool play earning the 6th seed, the Minutemen went on to defeat the #3 seed GoWags War Eagles 9-7 on Sunday morning in the quarterfinals.  Township moved on to face the #7 seed Backyard University Games and defeated them 5-3 to advance to the championship game.  In the final game the Minutemen squared off against the undefeated #1 seed Lower Dauphin Blue and defeated them 6-3 to capture the championship.
