2019 Spring Baseball – Coaches Resumes

WT Travel Baseball is accepting and reviewing resumes for head coaching postions for the 2019 Spring/Summer season.  Any interested individual should email their resume to our Travel Program Coordinator, Brian Tinkelenberg at btink1@gmail.com.  Resumes should include relevant coaching and playing experience.  Deadline for submission is Monday, September 23rd.

2019 Spring Travel Tryouts

Washington Twp Youth Baseball will hold tryouts for 2019 teams according to the following schedule –

8u – Sun 10/14 5:30, Mon 10/22 6:00 (Field 3)

9u – Sun 10/14 7:15, Sun 10/21 5:30 (Field 3)

10u – Mon 10/15 6:00, Sun 10/21 7:15 (Field 3)

11u – Mon 10/15 6:00, Sun 10/21 7:15 (Field 7)

12u – Mon 10/15 7:45, Sun 10/21 5:30 (Field 7)

13u – Sun 10/14 5:30, Mon 10/22 7:45 (Field 1)

14u – Sun 10/21 5:30, Mon 10/22 6:00 (Field 1)

All tryouts will be held at the Washington Twp Baseball Complex at 316 Hurffville-Grenloch Rd Sewell.

Please pre-register by sending an email to washtwpbaseball@gmail.com with the following info – player name and age group, parent email and phone number.

A $100 dollar payment will be collected at the first tryout. For players who make a travel team, this serves as the first installment payment for the team. Those not making a roster will be refunded that payment.


Coach Paxson’s 13u Red team Wins the TSE CHAMPIONSHIP!!

Wash Twp beats Franklin Twp Ducks 7-5

TSE 13U 2018 CHAMPS! What a game! Christian Paxson led things off on the hill for TWP Red Minutemen 13U. He lasted six innings, allowing six hits and only allowed one earned run. The game was tied at three with TWP Red Minutemen 13U batting in the top of the ninth when we singled on a 1-1 count, scoring one run. Minutemen up 6-3, Ryan Silnik on the mound, bases loaded, struck out the last batter and defensively the Minutemen stranded them there for the WIN.

9u Blue WIN the SJ Warriors Wooden Bat Tournament!!!

With wins over Collingswood and Blackwood, WT Blue earned a rematch vs Legends. After losing 8-6 on Saturday, WT Blue earned a 3-1 victory in the championship game, powered by a compete team effort. Aidan Majuri and Brandon Fcasni combined for the 4 hitter, striking out 10 and allowing just one walk, they were backed by superb defense.
