Coaching Requirements
Every potential Washington Township baseball coach, both intramural and travel, need certain requirements to be eligible to coach. Those requirements are:
COACH’S BACKGROUND CHECK
Paperwork for background check and fingerprinting locations can be picked up at WT Parks and Recreation located in the Washington Township municipal building.
COACH’S BACKGROUND CHECK
Must attend a 3 hour training course to receive certification. Please check with Washington Twp Parks & Recreation to find out when the next scheduled clinic will be held.
BABE RUTH/CAL RIPKEN BASEBALL COACHING CERTIFICATION
This is required for all travel team coaches, managers and assistants. Please visit the Babe Ruth League Coaching web site – www.baberuthcoaching.org for more information.
